Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 4:30pm – Celebrate the Lake Havasu City Branch joining the Chamber of Commerce; followed immediately with exhibit dedication and light refreshments and America's Flags: Symbols of the American Revolution– Guided tours available of historical American flags during event. Charters of Freedom exhibits. Bring the kids with you for mini-golf, crafts, teen gaming, and more! *Refreshments courtesy of Lake Havasu Friends of the Library. First come, first served.
