Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 4:30pm – Celebrate the Lake Havasu City Branch joining the Chamber of Commerce; followed immediately with exhibit dedication and light refreshments and America's Flags: Symbols of the American Revolution– Guided tours available of historical American flags during event.
