Job Description:  

Field technician for a Wireless Internet Service Provider (“WISP”) located in Lake Havasu City Arizona.  Job responsibilities include the installation and maintenance of internet services for our customers.  The position requires the ability to interact with WireFree’s customers and the technical aptitude to follow installation procedures and learn technical operational systems.  

Position Type:  

• Full Time / Day Shift with Rotational Evening and Weekend shifts
• 40 Hours per work / Overtime available
• Hourly Wage / Annual Bonus

Job requirements include the following:

• Maintenance of a dispatch schedule and communications with WireFree’s customers including instruction on the use of service equipment.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions and ability to frequently lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work on rooftops, climb ladders and work in moderately confined spaces for the installation and commissioning of radios / antennas inclusive of cabling.
• Use of technical systems for signal strength path evaluations, provisioning of equipment and network management.
