RV SALES CONSULTANT:

-Assist customers in finding the perfect RV to fit their lifestyle and budget.

-Build and maintain relationships with customers before, during and after the sale.

-Generate leads through phone calls, walk in traffic, referrals, social media, and community outreach

-Conduct RV walk arounds and product demonstrations.

-Follow up on internet leads and customer inquiries promptly.

-Work closely with Finance, Parts, and Service departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

-Maintain accurate customer records using dealership CRM tools.

-Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

-Previous sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, powersports, marine, or retail sales is a plus).

-Strong communication and people skills

-Positive attitude with a desire to learn to grow.

-Social media marketing experience is a plus

-Valid driver's license and clean driving record
