We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Glazier to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.

Job Summary

As a Glazier at Rudy Glass Company, you will be responsible for the measurement, handling, cutting, and installation of glass and related materials. You’ll work on a variety of projects including custom residential installations, commercial storefronts, and glass replacements.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, fit, and install glass in residential and commercial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
• Install aluminum and other framing systems for glass panels
• Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely and effectively
• Apply caulking or sealants to ensure secure and weather-tight installations
• Remove and replace broken or damaged glass
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
• Interact with clients and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Glazier (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Familiarity with different types of glass and installation methods
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
• Proficiency in using glazing tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus (but not required)
