Mohave Mortgage is seeking a motivated Junior Processor to support our growing processing department. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the mortgage industry while working alongside an experienced, collaborative team.

Position Overview:
As a Junior Processor, you will assist our processing team with day-to-day loan file support and pipeline management here at our office. Responsibilities include ordering and tracking documents, managing email and phone communications, data entry, sourcing additional documentation as needed, and maintaining positive client relationships throughout the loan process.

Ideal Candidate:

Lives in Lake Havasu City

Mortgage, real estate, lending, or financial services experience (not required)

Self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Solution-focused problem solver who works well in a team environment

Professional, friendly phone presence with strong multitasking skills required

We are willing to train the right candidate, and there is strong potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time position

Monday–Friday, mornings (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Hourly compensation plus monthly bonuses based on loans funded
