Assembly & Repair Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on technician to assemble, test, and repair NugSmasher units. This role is ideal for someone who’s mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools and electrical components.

Responsibilities

Assemble NugSmasher IQ, IQ Pro and NugSifter units from components
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues

Test units for quality control and proper operation

Perform basic troubleshooting and part replacements

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Document builds, repairs, and issues as needed

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring
Ability to follow assembly instructions and schematics
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Prior assembly, repair, or technician experience preferred

Nice to Have

Experience with small machinery, presses, or industrial equipment
Soldering or electronics repair experience
