Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various office tasks efficiently.

Duties

- Oversee and coordinate office operations and administrative procedures

-Perform accounts receivable and payable

-Order and manage inventory for the company and place orders

- Communicate with customers buying jet skis, creating invoices and accepting payment

- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

- Handle scheduling jet ski shipments around the world

- Manage vendor relationships

- Assist in human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and payroll

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

- Handle front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries

Skills

- Strong organizational skills to maintain efficient office operations

-Self-starter and problem solver

- Team management abilities to lead and supervise administrative staff

- Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred but not required (training is available)

- Calendar management skills to schedule appointments and meetings effectively

- Vendor management expertise to handle relationships with suppliers and service providers

- Familiarity with jet ski's is not required, but preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Office management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403: Relocate before starting work (Required)
