Responsibilities

Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children three years and up

Work as a part of a comprehensive multidisciplinary core team

Attend monthly team meetings virtually

Provide one-on-one family sessions

Participate in Individual Family Service Plan meetings

Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care through coaching and joint visits

Must be open to flexible schedules as needed for service provision to families

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L)

Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as an Occupational Therapist including certifications and/or licensures

Must be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus, but not required

Ability to handle workload and travel to client's homes

Ability to build rapport with patients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership qualitieMust have basic computer skills, including word processing 

Must have excellent and professional written and verbal forms of expression, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
