Join the Milemarkers Therapy team and lead meaningful change for children and families in a clinic that feels like family. As a BCBA, you'll design and deliver individualized ABA programs, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, develop Behavior Intervention Plans, and mentor a dedicated team of RBTs — all within a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do: Guide clinical care across clinic, community, and telehealth settings; maintain documentation in compliance with BACB, DDD, and HIPAA standards; and partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to drive real outcomes.

What You Bring: Active BCBA certification, active Arizona BCBA license in good standing, a Master's degree in a related field, and at least one year of ABA experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
