🤸 Lead fun, goal-focused individual and group sessions, in person or by teletherapy
🏡 Carry out home programs that keep families going between visits
🤝 Work with your supervising therapist and our interdisciplinary OT, PT, and Speech team
💬 Keep families in the loop on progress and wins
📚 Keep growing through mentorship and continuing education
🎉 Celebrate every milestone, big and small!

🦄 What makes you our unicorn:
✅ Current Arizona therapy assistant license (COTA, PTA, or SLPA)
✅ Valid driver's license and Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or able to get one)
✅ Great communication skills with kiddos, parents, and teammates
✅ Comfortable with electronic documentation
⭐ Bonus: pediatric or outpatient experience, teletherapy experience, or experience with kids with developmental or physical disabilities
