Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

1. Work with Chamber and Marketing Committee to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Lake Havasu City area as a desirable destination for businesses, tourists, and residents.

2. Assist in managing the Chamber of Commerce's digital presence, including website content, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns.

3. Help create engaging content such as blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials to showcase the unique offerings of Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce and the local business and economic industries.

4. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts using metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates.

5. Assist in organizing and promoting Chamber of Commerce events, including networking mixers, workshops, and community festivals.


Qualifications:

1. 2+ Years experience or degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various channels and audiences.

3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.

4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Knowledge of the Lake Havasu City area and its business community is preferred.

6. Experience working with chambers of commerce or similar membership-based organizations is a plus.
