The Lake Havasu Hospitality Association is preparing for the annual Havasu Top Chef Food & Drink. Top Chef is a charity event and all donations assure that the Lake Havasu Hospitality Association continues to provide educational programs, scholarships and support for local hospitality enterprises Competing Chefs will go up against other chefs in a fun, fast paced cooking competition. Round 1 has up to five competitors and Round 2 has up to five competitors. The top four from the first two rounds continue to the final third round. Each chef will need to complete three plates for the judges. In addition to the competing chefs, there will be a People's Choice Award. Guests will get to sample food from the select restaurants and vote for their favorite dish. Mixology is back again!
