Professional Affiliations & Training

Victory Lane is proud to be the only Quick Oil Change company that is certified by the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Motor Oil Matters (MOM) program. Our CEO, Justin Cialella, is the Vice President of the Board of Directors Executive Committee for the Automotive Oil Change Association (AOCA). In addition, through our involvement with the National Oil Lube News (NOLN) Editorial Advisory Board, Victory Lane Quick Oil Change has the unique opportunity to help identify content, attract new authors and encourage beneficial dialogue within the industry.

Finally, to ensure that our employees are experts in their areas and motivated to do their absolute best work, we have created Victory Lane University (VLU), a development system that includes detailed training tracks, training initiatives and promotions.
