As a mother-and-son mortgage team with nearly 40 years of combined lending experience, Theresa and Austin are passionate about helping individuals and families make confident, informed home financing decisions. Their business is built on trust, relationships, and a shared commitment to providing exceptional service from the first conversation through closing—and long after.

Theresa began her career in banking as a Private Client Manager and has spent more than 25 years guiding clients through the home financing process. Known for her honesty, personalized service, and clear communication, she has built a reputation for making the mortgage experience smooth, educational, and as stress-free as possible.

Austin entered the mortgage industry at just 22 years old, working alongside Theresa as her personal assistant while earning his mortgage license. Learning directly from her and participating in hundreds of client conversations before originating loans himself gave him a unique foundation that continues to shape his approach today. Over the past 13 years, he has developed lasting relationships with clients and referral partners by putting people first and helping them find financing solutions that align with their long-term financial goals.

Together, Theresa and Austin offer clients the perfect balance of seasoned experience and fresh perspective. They believe every client deserves honest guidance, responsive communication, and personalized mortgage solutions tailored to their individual needs. Family is at the center of everything they do. Theresa has been happily married for 28 years and is the proud mother of three and grandmother of four. Austin and his wife, Nicole, have been married for nine years and are proud parents to their daughter, Aria. Their shared commitment to family extends into their business, where they strive to treat every client with the same care, respect, and dedication they would their own.

Deeply rooted in their community, Theresa and Austin believe in giving back and supporting the people and organizations that make Lake Havasu City such a special place to call home.
